Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order on Accessoires Exclusifs, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and our company.

2. Order Process & Products

Orders are placed exclusively through our platform. All products, including luxury accessories and perfumes, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

3. Custom Perfumes (Atelier Numba)

Formulations created by users in the Atelier Olfactif are custom-made items. Because these products are personalized and made strictly to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is validated and processing has begun.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are indicated in CFA Francs (FCFA). We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) and cash on delivery. Payment is required in full before the transfer of ownership of any physical goods.

5. Delivery

Local deliveries in Yaoundé, Douala, and surrounding regions are handled by our assigned delivery agents. Standard processing takes 24-48 hours. Accessoires Exclusifs is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds (Standard Items)

For standard (non-customized) items, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

7. Liability

Accessoires Exclusifs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or platform.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
